Operated by DPV Health, the Broadmeadows Health and Community Centre provides a comprehensive range of clinical and community services aimed at promoting integrated health, treatment, and prevention across all age groups. The facility also supports a variety of wellbeing programs tailored to community needs.
Project Design Brief
As part of the site upgrades, designers were required to manage stormwater runoff from new roof structures and pavement areas. This was achieved through the integration of an underground detention tank designed for staged stormwater release into downstream infrastructure. The system needed to be efficient to install, with straightforward access for inspection and maintenance.
